Bostik Fireban One is a versatile, Australian-made polyurethane intumescent sealant boasting a 4-hour fire rating and low modulus, making it highly effective for accommodating high movement. It’s engineered for crafting fireproof expansion and weatherproof seals in a broad spectrum of construction materials, capable of expanding and contracting up to 25% of its width. This feature makes it exceptionally suited for establishing fireproof joints and seals across both identical and different building materials. Each package is equipped with four nozzles to facilitate application.

Sealing Capabilities

This sealant is proficient in sealing horizontal and vertical butt or fillet (corner) joints on various substrates, including concrete, brick, block, rock, stone, general masonry, rendering and screeds, plasterboard, fibre cement sheeting, and aluminium frames and fabrications, among others.
